Our Commercial Cooling Annual Maintenance Agreement is designed to keep your business’s cooling systems running efficiently and reliably throughout the year. For $300 annually, we provide a comprehensive maintenance service for all types of commercial cooling systems, including rooftop units, commercial split systems, and ductless systems (up to four indoor heads). As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting evaporator and condenser coils (no rinsing or deep cleaning included). • Checking refrigerant levels (any refrigerant top-offs are billed separately). • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and full system safety checks. • Cleaning and treating condensate drains and inspecting condensate pumps as needed. With this agreement, commercial customers also receive a 10% discount on any required repairs throughout the year and benefit from priority scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers standard maintenance tasks. Any specialized cleaning, additional indoor ductless heads beyond four, manufacturer-required kits, or extensive repairs will incur additional costs.
