Our Commercial Cooling Annual Maintenance Agreement is designed to keep your business’s cooling systems running efficiently and reliably throughout the year. For $300 annually, we provide a comprehensive maintenance service for all types of commercial cooling systems, including rooftop units, commercial split systems, and ductless systems (up to four indoor heads). As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting evaporator and condenser coils (no rinsing or deep cleaning included). • Checking refrigerant levels (any refrigerant top-offs are billed separately). • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and full system safety checks. • Cleaning and treating condensate drains and inspecting condensate pumps as needed. With this agreement, commercial customers also receive a 10% discount on any required repairs throughout the year and benefit from priority scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers standard maintenance tasks. Any specialized cleaning, additional indoor ductless heads beyond four, manufacturer-required kits, or extensive repairs will incur additional costs.

For $300 per year, we offer a comprehensive annual maintenance service for all types of commercial heating systems, including rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless heating systems (up to four indoor heads). As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting and cleaning flame sensors and burners. • Performing a visual inspection of the heat exchanger. • Inspecting thermostats and control systems. • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and performing full system safety checks. • Inspecting and cleaning condensate drains and pumps if applicable. With this agreement, you’ll also receive a 10% discount on any necessary repairs throughout the year and benefit from priority scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers standard maintenance tasks. Any specialized cleaning, additional manufacturer-required kits, or extensive repairs will be at an additional cost.

For just $200 per year, we provide a thorough annual maintenance check on all types of residential cooling systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps in cooling mode, and ductless mini-splits. As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting the evaporator and condenser coils. • Inspecting refrigerant levels (any refrigerant top-offs are an additional cost). • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and safety checks. • Cleaning and treating the condensate drain and inspecting the condensate pump. In addition, customers receive a 10% discount on repairs throughout the year and preferred scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers the base maintenance tasks. Specialized cleanings or additional maintenance kits, if required by certain equipment, will be at an additional cost.

Our Residential Heating Annual Maintenance Agreement offers you peace of mind with a yearly check-up that keeps your heating system in top shape. For just $200 per year, we provide thorough annual maintenance on all types of residential heating systems—whether you have a furnace, a boiler, a tankless boiler, a heat pump, a ductless system, or even a water heater. As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform key annual maintenance tasks, including: • Cleaning and inspecting flame sensors and burners on furnaces. • Performing visual inspections of heat exchangers. • Conducting amperage readings and safety checks. • Cleaning and treating the condensate drain and inspecting the condensate pump. • Inspecting your humidifier if you have one. In addition, customers receive a 10% discount on all repairs throughout the year and preferred scheduling for service appointments. Please note that while this agreement covers our standard maintenance tasks, some equipment may require specific maintenance kits that are not included in the base plan. For example, certain boilers may need a manufacturer-recommended maintenance kit every few years, and that kit would be an additional cost. This agreement covers the base maintenance only.
