Our Commercial Heating Annual Maintenance Agreement is designed to ensure that your business’s heating systems operate smoothly and efficiently throughout the colder months. For $300 per year, we offer a comprehensive annual maintenance service for all types of commercial heating systems, including rooftop units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless heating systems (up to four indoor heads). As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting and cleaning flame sensors and burners. • Performing a visual inspection of the heat exchanger. • Inspecting thermostats and control systems. • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and performing full system safety checks. • Inspecting and cleaning condensate drains and pumps if applicable. With this agreement, you’ll also receive a 10% discount on any necessary repairs throughout the year and benefit from priority scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers standard maintenance tasks. Any specialized cleaning, additional manufacturer-required kits, or extensive repairs will be at an additional cost.
