Our Residential Cooling Annual Maintenance Agreement ensures your home’s cooling system stays efficient and reliable all season. For just $200 per year, we provide a thorough annual maintenance check on all types of residential cooling systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps in cooling mode, and ductless mini-splits. As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform essential annual maintenance tasks, including: • Inspecting the evaporator and condenser coils. • Inspecting refrigerant levels (any refrigerant top-offs are an additional cost). • Replacing customer-supplied air filters. • Conducting amperage readings and safety checks. • Cleaning and treating the condensate drain and inspecting the condensate pump. In addition, customers receive a 10% discount on repairs throughout the year and preferred scheduling for service appointments. Please note that this agreement covers the base maintenance tasks. Specialized cleanings or additional maintenance kits, if required by certain equipment, will be at an additional cost.
