Our Residential Heating Annual Maintenance Agreement offers you peace of mind with a yearly check-up that keeps your heating system in top shape. For just $200 per year, we provide thorough annual maintenance on all types of residential heating systems—whether you have a furnace, a boiler, a tankless boiler, a heat pump, a ductless system, or even a water heater. As part of this agreement, our technicians will perform key annual maintenance tasks, including: • Cleaning and inspecting flame sensors and burners on furnaces. • Performing visual inspections of heat exchangers. • Conducting amperage readings and safety checks. • Cleaning and treating the condensate drain and inspecting the condensate pump. • Inspecting your humidifier if you have one. In addition, customers receive a 10% discount on all repairs throughout the year and preferred scheduling for service appointments. Please note that while this agreement covers our standard maintenance tasks, some equipment may require specific maintenance kits that are not included in the base plan. For example, certain boilers may need a manufacturer-recommended maintenance kit every few years, and that kit would be an additional cost. This agreement covers the base maintenance only.
