Program Description

Thermal Touch HVAC ("Thermal Touch," "we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS text messaging program for customer care communications, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, dispatch updates, and follow-up messages related to HVAC repair and maintenance services you have requested from us.

How to Opt In

By calling our business line at (848) 294-1555 and providing verbal consent to our virtual receptionist during your call, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Thermal Touch HVAC at the mobile number you provided. You may also opt in by texting START to (848) 294-1555 or by providing written consent when booking a service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month related to your service requests. Most customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per service call (booking confirmation, day-of arrival window, tech en-route notification, and follow-up).

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Thermal Touch HVAC is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur. Please check with your mobile carrier for specific rates.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send you: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL. After you send one of these keywords, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Thermal Touch HVAC will be sent to you. If you want to opt back in after opting out, reply START to (848) 294-1555.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the transactional service messages you have requested from Thermal Touch HVAC.
