How enrollment works
Click "Enroll Now" on any plan above. You'll be routed to a short signup form — name, address, equipment info, and payment method. Once you're enrolled, we schedule your first annual visit at a time that works for you and your 10% repair discount is active immediately.
Can I bundle plans?
Each plan covers one system. If you have a furnace and central AC, that's the Residential Heating Plan and the Residential Cooling Plan — $400/year total. No bundle discount, but each plan brings its own 10% repair discount and priority scheduling.
Do plans auto-renew?
Yes. Plans renew annually on your enrollment anniversary. Cancel any time — we'll prorate any remaining unused portion.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Month-to-month is not an option (plans are annual), but you can cancel at any time for a prorated refund.
